We are excited to confirm that the annual Grassroots FC Summer Tournament will take place on Saturday 28 June 2026 at Grassroots Recreation Ground.
Now in its eighth year, the tournament has become one of the highlights of the local football calendar, attracting teams from across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and beyond.
This year we will run five age group divisions — U8, U9, U10, U11, and U12 — with a maximum of eight teams per division. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of four group-stage matches, with knockout rounds and finals in the afternoon.
As always, there will be plenty going on off the pitch too. The clubhouse will be serving food and drinks throughout the day, and we are planning a bouncy castle, face painting, and a raffle with some brilliant prizes from local businesses.
